Entrance/Exit: The main entrance to the store is flat and without stairs. If you find any obstructions, please notify our staff immediately, and we will provide immediate assistance.
Store aisles: The main service areas have wide aisles to facilitate the passage and turning of wheelchairs.
Service counter: A low-position service area is provided to facilitate transactions and inspections for customers in wheelchairs.
Safety and Convenience: Floors are kept dry and non-slip, and emergency exits are clearly marked. Sturdy seating is available for customers who need to rest.

We offer multiple communication methods to ensure barrier-free information access and exchange:
Diverse Communication: Our staff are happy to provide services using clear language and a patient attitude. We can provide assistive communication methods such as pen and paper writing and mobile phone typing for hearing-impaired individuals.
Information accessibility: Important service procedures, price lists and notices are posted in clear, easy-to-read large font with high contrast design.
Employee training: All employees receive basic barrier-free service training, learning how to politely and effectively assist customers with different needs.
Door-to-door service: For customers who have difficulty getting around or have genuine difficulty coming to the store, we can provide door-to-door assessment and recycling services, subject to advance appointment and conditions permitting (please inquire for specific policies).

Social Media/Websites: We strive to ensure that the text and image content published on platforms such as Facebook Page and WeChat Official Account is concise and clearly described. Important video content will be accompanied by subtitles whenever possible.
